The easiest way to setup the mailbox on an IOS device is to get in touch with us. We can provide a file that will automatically do most of it for you. However, for those who are technically minded:

  1. Head to the Settings icon and locate the Accounts & Passwords option.
  2. Then select 'Add Account'.
  3. Select Other from this list.
  4. Input the information requested:
    Name: Anything
    Email: [email protected]
Password: Mailbox Password (We can provide this if you are unsure)

    Description: Work, Business...etc

    IMAP:

    Incoming Mail Server

    Host Name: imap.stackmail.com

    Username: [email protected]

    Password: Mailbox Password

    Outgoing Mail Server

    Host Name: smtp.stackmail.com

    Username: [email protected]

    Password: Mailbox Password

  5. Finally, select the mail account and go into the Outgoing Mail Server settings. Select Primary Server, make sure SSL is switched on and the port is set to 587.
